Simon has worked in both residential and commercial property throughout Sussex since 1997 gaining valuable knowledge and experience of the property market.
Upon leaving school, Simon undertook an apprenticeship and gained his City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery working with James Longley in Crawley for 11 years. Simon then moved into the residential property market in 1997 starting his career in Mid Sussex where he progressed to a managerial position. Simon transferred to Brighton & Hove in 2002 working in the residential & commercial sectors and more recently New Homes department. After a successful time working with developer and the New Homes market he relished a new challenge back in the residential market and joined John Hiltons in September 2022.
Simon lives in Hove and enjoys Working out, cycling and Walking his two dogs on the South Downs.
