I have been in the lettings industry since April 2014 where I started as a home guide working for Leaders, mainly carrying out viewings and dealing with applicant enquiries. I quickly progressed to a lettings negotiator within six months and moved to their busy branch on Western Road in Brighton where I was much more involved with dealing with landlords and tenants. I also completed several training courses about the legalities of lettings. I left Leaders in March 2018 and joined The Property Pod as their Senior Lettings Negotiator where I was the main contact for any new business and managed a portfolio of around 130 properties in Brighton and London. I also have completed the Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management with ARLA. I have since joined John Hilton in September 2022 as a Property Manager and am excited to be part of the team.
